What if my team has no artistic experience?
That's exactly who we design for! Our facilitators provide 1-on-1 guidance, and we guarantee everyone leaves with a masterpiece (yes, even Bob from IT who "can't draw a stick figure"). No experience required—just bring your team and a sense of fun! 🎨
Can we do a presentation or meeting before the activity?
Absolutely! Our state-of-the-art AV setup supports presentations, town halls, and hybrid formats. Many clients do a 1-hour meeting followed by 2 hours of team-building. Business and fun? We're all about it. 💼🎉
What's your cancellation policy?
We get it—plans change!
Please let us know if there are any changes to your guest count or event information no later than 5 days before your event to avoid any additional charges, as you'll be billed for the most recent confirmed headcount by then — or the number of guests who attend, whichever is higher.
For cancellations, we require at least 7 days’ notice. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will incur a fee of 50% of the original group booking. Cancellations within 72 hours of the event will be charged the full amount (100%) of the original group booking.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes! We work with you to ensure all F&B options meet your team's dietary needs (vegan, gluten-free, nut allergies—you name it). Just let us know!
Is Paint Cabin suitable for remote or hybrid teams?
100%! Many clients use Paint Cabin for in-person team bonding after months (or years!) of remote work. It's the perfect way to reconnect and rebuild team culture. 🤝
